Getting coached to eat less without feeling deprived – Breakaway: Eating Habits Coach Review

Since I remember myself, i've been eating a lot, even when not hungry. I think people call it "mindless eating". What this app helped me understand is that I'm over-eating because I'm preparing too much food and then eat all of it. I got coaching on how to reduce my portions while still being satisfied. Weight is starting to come off!
