I'm going to be 50 in June and I always had trouble with my weight. I've been using many weight loss programs over the years but always ended up regaining the weight I lost :( But this app is different. There's no meal plans of calorie counting - instead, it helps you to build healthy habits to deal with overeating, stress, eating well at home and many other triggers that lead us to eat in a poor way. I've been using the app for 2 months, lost over 18 pounds (!) and it actually gets easier over time!

I found this app after reading a book about changing habits. I LOVE what this app does. You first decided which eating area you want to work on, then it asks you questions to narrow down the solutions to help you deal with your triggers to eventually develop new habits. Going strong so far!
