Such a wonderful app! – Breakaway: Eating Habits Coach Review

I'm going to be 50 in June and I always had trouble with my weight. I've been using many weight loss programs over the years but always ended up regaining the weight I lost :( But this app is different. There's no meal plans of calorie counting - instead, it helps you to build healthy habits to deal with overeating, stress, eating well at home and many other triggers that lead us to eat in a poor way. I've been using the app for 2 months, lost over 18 pounds (!) and it actually gets easier over time!
