More garbage software from B&O – Bang & Olufsen Review

March 2018 update: improved a little. But still crashes randomly. May or may not find your equipment on any given day on your WiFi network. It’s truly remains astounding that at this price point they continue to produce some of the buggiest, least reliable software in the business. It will ultimately bankrupt the company. And no matter how much feedback you gave them directly, the always respond with patronizing arrogance. And here we are on October 8. And more useless updates from their team. New update fixes music access. And removes multiroom. It’s impossible to state how BAD THIS APP IS. It never works the same way twice and the developers could care less. They are clearly incompetent and simply do not care. Apple should remove the app. It’s just mind boggling that this garbage exists attached to a retailer with among the highest prices in the industry. The latest update as of 29 September 2017: worse than ever. Crashes when you try to open music EVERY SINGLE TIME. the level of incompetence of this company is astounding. AND THEY DO NOT CARE. APPLE SHOULD CONSIDER REMOVING THE APP FROM THE STORE. CONSUMER BEWARE. DO NOT BUT THEIR PRODUCTS. THIS APP REPRESENTS B&O AT ITS MOST ARROGANT AND INCOMPETENT WORST. Apparently their software team will accept nothing less than bankrupting the company and they continue to release apps and products that do not work. I have a house full of products- audio and television and this app one more time fails to do anything it promises. Multiroom? Forget it. Might work one hour and be gone the next. iTunes? You're kidding right. Doesn't work. It's a remarkable achievement in 2017 to slowly destroy a once highly regarded brand by hiring with worlds most inept software engineers. And don't expect meaningful support from the company or the store. Zippo! You're on your own. Failure in every regard. DO NOT PURCHASE B&O products. You've been warned.
