Doesn’t seem to work with iPhone X – iBird Pro Guide to Birds Review

I bought the full Pro version. iOS 11.2.6. It doesn’t seem to work. I am trying BAM. I can get the pin to my location. I do “match”. I see the updated number in white to my right bottom. Then the filter freezes. I can’t get a list of the local birds. I have to cancel to get out. Then I loose my complete search. BAM doesn’t work. In the registration screen I get stuck again. There are no buttons or options to let me get out. I paid about $24 for an App that doesn’t work. Disappointing.
