Needs better iPad and iPads Mini support – Credit & Gift Card Processing Review

The app works almost perfectly on the iPad except for a few issues I am having. First one is that you absolutely can not log into the app while the iPad is in landscape mode. It will not load anything correctly and causes it to crash. You have to log in while in portrait mode then you can switch to landscape mode. Second I think an option for the app to not always timeout would be really good. We have ours setup at attended stations for our Midway carnival style Games and having it time-out every 10-15 minutes is annoying and time consuming for us. Other than those two things the app really does do its job well and Mercury Pay’s backend reporting system is easy to use which makes looking up transactions pretty easy.
