Every time the screen locks it logs out. It needs to stay logged in until I log out. Doesn’t save username password to have to type in very long credential everyone makes this app worthless.

This is a very good functional app and service! Being able to process credit cards thru your iPhone is a life saver when landline phone and Internet decide to croak! Also great for events that are not in your regular place of business! the app also automatically sends a Receipt to you and customer by email. Good job MPS!

Can be better if I can set up some kind of pin to access instead of using my account number and password all the time.

Tried to sign in an would lose all the entered information… Repeatedly crashed and was not user-friendly

I like the streamlined app to collect credit card payment from Mercury in my very small business, and the backend system works great for payment. I keep getting notifications from Apple that this application will no longer work after iOS 11 is released. Apparently this application does not support 64 bit architecture. I'm worried I will no longer be able to use my card swipe device to collect payments. Mercury if you're reading this review will you please start working on this app and notify your customers that they will be able to continue to swipe credit cards? Thank you
Needs better iPad and iPads Mini support

The app works almost perfectly on the iPad except for a few issues I am having. First one is that you absolutely can not log into the app while the iPad is in landscape mode. It will not load anything correctly and causes it to crash. You have to log in while in portrait mode then you can switch to landscape mode. Second I think an option for the app to not always timeout would be really good. We have ours setup at attended stations for our Midway carnival style Games and having it time-out every 10-15 minutes is annoying and time consuming for us. Other than those two things the app really does do its job well and Mercury Pay’s backend reporting system is easy to use which makes looking up transactions pretty easy. Hopefully the two issues I mentioned could be addressed. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions.
