Best workout App by far from Jillian – Jillian Michaels | Fitness App Review

I love the ability to make your own schedule, routine workouts, and the meal plan. Not to forget the duration you can start from as short as 7 minutes to 45 minutes. Then she asks if it was too hard or too easy. It goes from Easy to hard and you can pick your level of workouts from Abs to total body. This app is awesome with tons of recipes. You won't go wrong and might I add even if you the 7 minutes beginner to hard you shall SWEAT! Eat right follow the workout daily and trust you will see results I lost 60 lbs from Ripped in 30 and 15 from 30 day shred 1,2,3. She's the truth I'm starting over since I gained 30 lbs back losing track. Now, its a new year and this us the perfect app. Download this App I promise you won't be disappointed rather happy you started NOW!
