Tricky payment app – My Sprint Mobile Review

Beware! The Sprint app pre-fills payment information. If you’re a day late paying your bill, it will pre-fill the amount due for two months. Additionally, the writing is so small that you may authorize the payment for those two months while meaning to authorize for only the present month. The app doesn’t make you aware that you can change these numbers, so BE CAREFUL! This tricky app makes me think that Sprint will be back in court one day for being slick and deceitful! If you treat your customers right SPRINT, the money will follow!!!!
