App does not work well – FordPass™ Review

Ford pass is poorly set up. It work the first week I had the car. One month in and app is not working. When app is not working it tells you to cont ford pass. The ford pass does not work well. The app when an error occurs and it give zero options how to contact them to fix. So frustrating I wasted a half an hour reading about the app and still have no options on how to contact anyone for help. Ugh so far not impressed
