Poor customer service rep – My Sprint Mobile Review

Called customer service to pay a bill spoke with a woman I believe her name was Latoya this morning sometime between 830-845 am and I was frustrated because my expiration was incorrect on my card and my payment was not going through and Latoya hung up on me I am contemplating if I should switch phone service providers based on today's experience
