Does NOT work on iPhone 8 – RØDE Rec Review

I make a living with sound. Downloaded this app as well as the LE version on my iPhone 8. No amount of fiddling with EITHER version’s settings, or un-installing & re-installing would un-freeze the transport buttons or allow me to make a recording. Totally non-responsive.
