F r u s t r a t i n g – My Sprint Mobile Review

I never write reviews, but this is just plain frustrating. Nothing in this app works lol, you cant view details of your view or make a payment. Please fix the glitch that causes "technical difficulties" when trying to view my bill online, NOT ONLY THROUGH THE APP, but through the website as well. This has been a problem for months, and was particularly frustrating a couple months back when Sprint f*cked me in the a** with a giant f*cking d*ldo, royal screw up i wont get into, but caused my bill to be about >$800 and i had to jump through a million hoops to figure out W H Y because the customer service over the phone was too incompetent to verbally relay an itemized bill to me & i would get an error message or an endlessly looping loading sign every time i tried to view it online. So now i get paper bills, which is lame, its killing trees and creating unnecessary expenses Mailing out bills to customers bc the online viewing wont work. Sprint, please, for the sake of my sanity.
