Great, but... – Bloomz: For Teachers & Schools Review

This app is wonderful to communicate with my kids’ teachers and keep up with what’s going on in school, however I paid the $10 to subscribe to the convenience pack and download photos and it’s not recognized... it won’t let me download the photos. So frustrating! Love the point behind the app, but hate that I wasted money!
