Dear all, Does somebody knows is something wrong with the app I’m trying to connect camera and IPhone like so many times and unsuccessfully, I used to connect so many times before, but today like something is wrong with app… Does somebody can help me please?

Won’t connect B500

Summerrrr dawnnn

Won’t connect to my coolpix B500. I’m so upset. Pictures of my infant son are on there that I’d love to be transferred to my phone. I didn’t have this problem a few years ago. FIX YOUR APP!

Crap app

Doesn’t even work with my coolpix b500, been spending hours trying but still not be able to pair. Nikon you really need to hire some legit software guys to fix such basic problem !!!

Stopped pairing after working beautifully for 1.5 years

disappinted in Nikon

I downloaded photos on December 31. 2021. I shot with my camera the next day, went to download my images like I always do and found that my iPhone could no longer join the p950 WiFi network. I tried everything to remedy this. Uninstalled and reinstalled my SnapBridge app, updated the firmware in my camera, and updated my iPhone to the latest version. My phone sees my camera and acts like it is paired, Bluetooth is enabled - I just can’t JOIN my camera’s network any longer. When SnapBridge works - it is fantastic. Since it quit working, I now have more steps in my workflow for editing images, which includes connecting to my computer and using other software to view and then transfer images back to my phone for editing. This needs to be addressed by Nikon and REPAIRED ASAP.

Stuck

This app would be great if i could get past connecting my camera to my phone haha. My mom bought herself a d5600 and apparently had no trouble connecting the camera to her phone initially. Once she started letting me use her camera, ive tried multiple times to connect to my phone just to get stuck at the “select an accessory” page or whatever it said. I guess im supposed to click on something but nothing ever pops up for me to click on. I don’t think this is caused by having multiple phones connected because she’s gotten a new phone since then and hasn’t used the app in years. I would use the camera a lot more if this app worked. Pretty disappointing for anyone who has a camera but doesn’t have the tools to upload photos from the SD card to a computer like me. I’m also not really interested in spending $25 on another lightning cable converter lol.

Yikes

This app is incredibly inconvenient to use, and I can’t even get basic functionality to work. You would think making a basic connection for downloads would be pretty straightforward. Extremely disappointing.

Maybe the worst app ever

I gave it one star because you can’t give it zero. I got this really nice Nikon B500 as a Christmas present two years ago. I installed the app the same day. I have tried every solution possible to get it to connect. I have gone on forums, deleted and reinstalled, had my iPhone forget the device scores of times. I get almost to the end and it tells me it cannot connect. I finally just deleted the app. It would have been a game changer if it had worked. Imagine being able to use a nice camera to send your pictures right to your phone and edit them there. I’m not surprised that there are so many forums with people having the same issues.

One Exception

Abona25

I have a D7500 and the pictures work really well, 8 second upload time, and I use it for sports photos which means I have a ton of photos. I wish that the app would allow me to select multiple pictures at once without having to press each one individually. The “select all” literally selects every single photo inside the camera which I don’t want so I will spend like 45 mins actually choosing which pics I want. Overall I wish that issue was fixed but it’s a really good app

Why

mike filmin

Why did the great Engineers have to screw with the very simple down loading of pictures from the P900 using WMU to this pretty much useless complicated SnapBridge?!

New firmware update ruined this app

carlstrom11

Loved transferring pics right away and worked like a champ for as long as I had been doing it but this new firmware update to 1.2 completely ruined the app and now I can’t connect to my camera. I’ve disconnected/forgotten the device, deleted app and redownloaded and still won’t work. Will sell my Nikon and get a Canon or Sony now because of how disappointed I am.
