Love game but disappointed lately – Jackpot Magic Slots™ & Casino Review

I really enjoy playing this game and have a limited income so I am not able to buy many coins. So I really enjoy receiving 2x coins when leveling up but since Saturday I have leveled up 7x without getting the extra coins for watching a short film. I have also noticed that my winnings are sometimes not credited at times. I have contacted customer support but no answer to resolve either issue. Very disappointed!!!
