Events do not update – TrackChecker - Package Tracker Review

When I first downloaded this app, I thought it was the same as the one in the Google Play Store for Android OS phones. Same name which I find odd that another company would take someone’s name. I decided to give this app the chance regardless. I currently have 3 packages being tracked. I added Royal Mail and USPS for the shipping companies as both will track on the same tracking number. Nothing has updated despite 2 of 3 have already arrived in NY to clear customs. The events haven’t update and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get them to update. I’m about to uninstall due to this because it shouldn’t be a difficult feature to have. That’s what I liked about the app I had on my Galaxy S8. It updated automatically. My next complaint is that all of the services are not provided. DHL does not show DHL AWB. It’s just DHL International and I use DHL AWB for tracking. USPS has more than one option but it’s not shown on here and same with Royal Mail. This app definitely has the potential to be great. I like the layout and simplicity of each tracking number. But it definitely could use a lot of improvement. I don’t think I will keep this on my phone as it just doesn’t do what I need it to do.... the point of updating events for each tracking number.
