App reverts to Chinese

Horrible app that often reverts back to Chinese when a package is coming from China. It’s information is often correct but the inability to understand Chinese make it useless. App still does this and no one at this company seem to care. Poor customer service with a problem that needs fixed.

UPS doesn’t automatically log updates anymore. Hasn’t in 8 months. On the settings screen, you can’t change any settings past Manual Captcha Entering. At/after Lost category and below, you can’t click anything or change any of those settings. I’ve paid for ads to be removed and I can restore my purchases from the main screen, but not from the settings screen. With the last update, the logging is also condensed down to where you cannot see the entire log of each event. The developer seems silent. I’ve been using this app for years. In the past, the developer would always answer emails. Seeing that I can’t click in the settings to send him emails that way (so it automatically adds the app version and your iOS) I have written him manual emails to let him know about the glitches within the app. In the past, he would always respond to feedback and updates always addressed the issues. Until the app gets another update to address the issues that were once not there, I’m changing my review from 4 stars to 2 stars. I really loved the ease use of this app. But now it’s cumbersome to use.

This App is working but worst than used to work 2 years ago!! Latest ver is lagish when typing. UPS shipments don’t work any more as they dont show any progress. Shipments that do work, show originating place but not the destination like in 17 and other apps Also it don’t show the estimated delivery date. Synching with dropbox is not working most of the times for a year or more now. The adds are placed in a way that steal focus from important information and if you pay to get rid of them, sharing the App with family members is cumbersome to impossible. Recognizing tracking numbers don’t exist but if you know the Courier it’s O.K. contrary to other similar apps lie 17 etc this App can track a number with more than one Courier which is Super great since you can get more accurate information and if one Courier site is down the other works or just choose the language you prefer. On the good side it refreshes automatically, you can even set when to refresh trackings. You can also organize shipments in groups so you can separate sent parcels from what you expect to receive and even multiple destinations which makes it way better if you handle lots of shipments. It’s categories also makes everything much more tidier. Those last 2 features cannot be found in any other tracking App (tha i know of) and makes life easier. It also has a built in translation to translate info taken from foreign countries? It used to be perfect, above anything else in the competition, unfortunately, not any more. Now i have to use 3 apps to have the same results in a much more complicated and time consuming way
