Nice to have, but extremely limited – ServiceDesk Review
Mediocre tool for interacting with your service desk tickets. I cannot comment about the site visit & location features because I’ve never used those.
Critical deficiencies in working with tickets:
1) you cannot CC other email addresses when adding a reply to a ticket
2) you cannot view attachments in a customer’s reply.
3) keyboard does not switch to horizontal orientation when typing out a reply.
