The best I’ve found on mobile – Idle Mage Attack Review

This game does what all free to play games should do. Idle is rewarding but not game breaking, offline is worth something. Active play gives you a boost but it’s not overpowered. Micro transactions are present but not required and the game doesn’t push them on you. The game is also generous with its premium currency in game so that over active play you can get enough to make small premium purchases to give you a boost without spending real money. It is not pay to win and the in app purchases feel more like a thank you for supporting the dev instead of a required game mechanic. In a market overflowing with Skinner box cash grabs this game is a breath of fresh air. Devs: I had to really look to try to find something to criticize and it wasn’t easy because you have made a very well balanced game. One of my only complaints is that there is no option for scientific notation however this is a minor inconvenience as engineering notation works. It would be nice if there was a prestige mechanic to increase gold and spell xp but I can understand how this would get broken very fast. Thank you for making an actually fun game that doesn’t feel predatory like most of the other mobile offerings!
