Update – CARFAX Car Care Review

I made a mistake and put in the wrong mileage when I performed a service on my car. I wanted to correct it but the app does not allow me to go back and change the mileage. Why doesn’t the app allow you to go back and edit the information you just inputted?!?!? I sent a message to get the information edited a couple of months ago and still waiting. I didn’t even get a response that the issue is being worked on.
