I’m 26 and barely like to use my phone but it is nice to be able to keep track of service and records, along with keeping original paperwork, but to add to what already my have been in the database. It’s a great tool!

I love this app! I do my own maintenance on my car but I had no record of any other service before I bought it. However, this app brought up all possible history of my car! Love it and highly recommend!
Can’t log in
I throw 99
I line this app a lot, but since they disabled the Facebook login, I can’t log into the app. I deleted and reinstalled, but no dice. I can log in online, but it just doesn’t recognize me in the app. I even tried to reset my password, but still no bueno. I wouldn’t care too much, but I was using it to track gas mileage , which will be all goofed up now. Otherwise, it’s a convenient app to have.
App for IPad stopped working

The circle indicating that information is updating just spins and spins and locks the screen. I’ve refreshed the app and it sends me right back to the spinning circle. Works just fine on my iPhone, but not the iPad.
Service history gone

Practically all my service history disappeared. Happened sometime before April 2020. That’s when I entered an oil change record for jiffy lube. That record is there along with Chrysler service records, that I likely didn’t enter. I have receipts, but if it’s just going to disappear why waste my time adding them back into carfax?

It’s been a while since I last saw an app so buggy. Tap on Registration, there’s a spinning wheel and the tab refreshes continuously not allowing me to go back or tap on anything else. Then, it asks me what type of service was performed on my car in a car detailing place - the only option it’s giving me is a “tire replace”. I want to use it for my three vehicles but it’s just becoming a pain.

I just love Car fax. No longer do I have a file full of papers. I have downloaded the app and now all the info on my Vehicle is at my fingertips. Good job Carfax
Can’t add service

Have tried the day of and the day after to add a service record and it will not allow to add a service record. All asterisk fields had appropriate information filled in. Aggravating!!
