Won’t Open Up – Smart Bird ID Review

I added this app and it will not open up. It downloaded the the camera and downloaded the data but when you try to use it it will not take a picture, accept a picture or let me manuel load the information. I even paid an extra $2.99 for no ads and when I try to open it the ad shows up.
