Love Al but... – We're Working Out - Al Kavadlo Review

Love Al K & his workouts, but either I'm blind or missing something. If I click any option in the app & leave the home screen there's no way to return home. Maybe I'm missing something. ***Update: It works fine on my iPad but there's no back arrow on my iPhone 6+. I have iOS 10.3.2. It also seems like the windows are slightly larger than my screen. I even scrolled up & down to make sure it wasn't hiding in the top. Maybe a bug or something?
