Not working!!! – Instagram Review

When I log in to Instagram, more than 1/2 of the time I get a red banner at the top of my screen saying "Please wait a few minutes and try again". I've looked online and noticed how no one else has a solution to this annoying, petty, unnecessary problem. I can't follow/unfollow other users, or refresh my feed. FIX IT.
