Where is the support on issues? – Instagram Review

Does anyone ever respond to users who have issues? My app is up to date but I do not get new features. I don’t have superzoom, type or the ability to create or see others’ highlights. I have deleted and redownloaded. I have signed out and in. And made sure to stay up to date on updates. I have been reporting this issue for months now and have not received any response. Get it together.
