Not Apple watch friendly. – 7 Minute Workout Review

I have tried numerous times to open this on my Apple Watch. The logo appears and then the screen goes black with the clock in the corner. Sometimes I get a "start workout" button, but it does nothing. I downloaded this so I don't need to keep my phone on me during workouts. Will be uninstalling and finding another app.
