Returning user--app may have security flaws – Gilt - Shop Designer Sales Review

Haven't gotten to shopping yet, but creating a profile though the app took 30min becuase the FB link obviously wasn't working correctly. Then, to change your profile (something simple like adding your name) they refer you to their website. Why have an app that can't do these basic functions? Makes me question the security.
