What the hell? – Network Utility Review

This app is so confusing and so underdone that I cannot in good conscious give this 2 stars let alone 5. For those of us who know what this app is we can agree it could be made more simplistic for those that do not really understand what this app is about so they too can or could understand this app. The dev should try to target all users instead of just techies. However there are a lot more simple and more understandable apps like this out there so this app here can do whatever it is that it does.
