Unexpected hit – FTL: Faster Than Light Review

I don’t usually play indie games, single player games don’t hold my attention for very long, and I never expected to get a lot of gaming I leave out of my iPad. Much to my surprise, FTL overcomes all of those obstacles. I’m probably 50 hours deep now, and still hungry for more. The difficulty and mechanics are perfectly tuned to be difficult enough to keep it interesting, but not so hard to be frustrating. Also the game design and procedurally generated worlds makes for really fun replayability. Totally worth the price of admission.
