Doesn't always notify when tense – Spire Stone Review

When I check on my stats every other hour or two, it's pretty accurate when I'm tense (crowded subway train, walking in the freezing cold, late for appointment etc)... however my Spire hasn't vibrated in those tense moments to remind me to take a deep breath which I thought was the main purpose of wearing a Spire...
