I love this device! – Spire Stone Review

I’ve had chronic pain for a few years. I finally went to a pain psychiatrist who started me on biofeedback, which involves learning about how your breathing can effect the nervous system. I learned that by altering my breath I can change a stressed response to a relaxed response. From there I heard about Spire and now I use it everyday. It reminds me when I’m holding my breath and provides me with guides to reduce my anxiety, and react differently to pain. It’s been the MOST helpful thing I’ve done for my health! I live on Maui and I’ve been telling everyone about it. ?
