Help! – Instagram Review

I would give this app five stars, but since I am not receiving the email password reset link and it is indeed the same email I had signed up with and I made sure I typed it in correctly when I had signed up for it. I have been using the same account for almost 3 years now and I used to get emails from Instagram, but now? I'm not receiving anything from Instagram and I seriously need to change my password because I have forgotten it. Plz help.
