Stopped working on iPhone – TRACcess eKEY Review

The app will no longer give you the “BEGIN” push button to open a door. I have contractors working for me that have this problem on their iPhones and now it’s on mine! Tried multiple different new keychain dongles and confirmed they are connected in Bluetooth. Tried forgetting and relearning the dongles too. Fix please.
