The TRACcess eKEY software allows you to use your iPhone to access TRACcess devices. Communication between the smartphone and TRACcess device takes place using a required eKEY Adapter.
The TRACcess eKEY software allows you to:
Open a TRACcess Bluetooth device
Enter a job note
Update the TRACcess eKEY to receive device access permissions
Read a TRACcess device to view its access history
View a TRACcess devices recent activity
Assign a site ID to a TRACcess device
The TRACcess eKEY software connects regularly to the Supra network using your cellular Internet service. During the connection, the TRACcess eKEY software uploads access records to the Supra network and downloads TRACcess device access permissions.
This application will not be functional after download until an authorization code is entered. After downloading, please contact your TRACcess Administrator.

Stopped working on iPhone

The app will no longer give you the “BEGIN” push button to open a door. I have contractors working for me that have this problem on their iPhones and now it’s on mine! Tried multiple different new keychain dongles and confirmed they are connected in Bluetooth. Tried forgetting and relearning the dongles too. Fix please.
Not working for old BT

This application is no longer show begin button for blue cylinder TRACcess. Android user is ok but not in iPhone. Other than that’s useful application. Need to fix immediately. If we can use with Apple Watch, that would be great.
