Easy to use, seems accurate – S+ by ResMed Review

The only thing I don’t understand is why the app penalizes me for sleeping eight hours. I understand that people my age (73) sleep about 6 1/2 hours on average. However, as far as I can tell the recommended amount of sleep for adults is still 7 to 9 hours. I have had scores of 97 and 99 for REM and deep sleep, yet my total score is 94 because I slept eight hours and 20 minutes. I generally average eight hours every night and I always have as an adult.
