Nothing works – Rakuten Global Market Shopping Review

Forced to delete mobile app and reinstall because it kept telling me I did not have a Wi-Fi connection when I did. I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 11.2. The new app on login kept taking me to an error page when I tried to agree to the terms and conditions.
