Good experience. Good be better with English translation. Want a way to contact seller to ask questions via the app but not available. Would still use again though.
Not the easiest to use

The app does not have every section available in English, which is hard for non Japanese speakers. It requires multiple log ins in order to place an order, and at times will not place an item in cart that you selected. Another issue is that it is not clearly marked which sellers will ship internationally and which won’t. I feel like this is something that would be beneficial to buyers, as while global Rakuten does have express as an option, buyers should be clearly informed so they know if they need to create an account or if the seller can ship directly to them. Also a chat function to connect to sellers in app would be appreciated. Finally, an issue I ran into is that the app (as well as the website) isn’t allowing me to change my contact information. I can change the email but not the address that is listed. I feel like this should be something easily done in app or on the website.

As a user and UX designer, the reason stopped me buying is the shipping fee. This is a shopping product for international market, but it didn’t solve the very important pain-point of most of the international consumers —— The Shipping Fee. Your website has great collection of products! Hope you guys could fugue this out, then I would love to use this product! This is just my personal opinion.

i can go on my web browser and find what i’m looking for, I’m not able to locate the same item on the app - should allow to seatch for sellers.
