App does nothing – Xfinity My Account Review

Every time I have a problem with maybe no sound or picture. I don’t win troubleshoot the TV and says it’s resetting stuff nothing happens nothing ever gets fixed. Then you can only schedule a phone call but you cannot schedule a service call. The phone call was basically wasted time and they have never been able to fix any problem. All the talk is very aggravating. There’s no need to tell somebody every single thing you’re going to do. Just fix the problem and stop talking
