T. Soloman – SitFit Exercise Review

I tried the 7 minute workout which is great if I was younger, but I am 71 with a hip and knee replacement and severe arthritis so I have severe limitations. Getting on the floor is not an option yet. Sit fit exercises can be done on the edge of your bed which helps limber you up for the day. Make sure you have a couple weight tucked under your bed. Love it! My rating was supposed to be 5 star NOT 4!!
