Signing in issue – ACT Photo Review

I’m bringing up the signing in issue because I put my password in correctly and username, however it’s been constantly having the loading symbol for 7 minutes straight! I downloaded it for the reason of uploading my photo before the deadline however I don’t think I’ll be able to upload it. Hopefully it gets fixed so others won’t have to suffer as I did:(
