A waste of time. – Boomerang Parental Control Review

I have been trying to edit the time on this app for weeks! I tried deleting the app, it doesn’t matter. And once I was finally allowed to delete my account it is still controlling my kids phone! I even tried resetting his phone and that didn’t work!!! I’ve put in two support cases, it’s just frustrating and a waste of time. Update: thank you for responding to my email. It is not the internet connection, I have fantastic internet in my home. And this should not cause this type of issue with a properly functioning app. It should be explained clearly that going into device management from general settings is to be done on the child’s phone. This app should not be available for apple products. Seeing that android is the suggestion given to use, but with how poorly the app functions I’m not sure if that would be true either.
