Problems using first time. – Groceryx - Grocery Shopping List Shared and Synced with Family and Friends. Review

I just downloaded this app and creating grocery list. Chicken strips aren’t in the poultry category so it put it in Uncategorized; same issue with several other items. Very frustrating since I can’t use the categories. ? Got back from the store...checked off items as I put them in the cart and some came back. One I checked 4 times before it went away for good. Phone kept shutting off which is one of the reasons I deleted my last grocery app. It was wonderful until the last update completely ruined it. Is there anywhere I can figure out how to do all the stuff it’s supposed to be able to do?
