The worst customer service – Vivint Review

On 11/24 after waiting over 40 minutes on hold the tech answers and is rapid fire trying to talk me through the system to reconnect my camera. I told her I was feeling rushed and she put me on hold only to disconnect me. After calling back and waiting Another 36 minutes on hold a person scheduled a tech for 10-12 noon on 11/25. On 11/25 no one showed so I called at 12:30. The operator said the tech was dispatched. After 3pm I recalled and they stated the tech called in sick and rerouted my call to another tech. Further investigation showed the tech cancelled my service visit. They offered me a 15 dollar credit and rescheduled me for 11/28 Refer this company? Never
