Not user friendly – Freeletics: Workouts & Fitness Review

Updated: It has been a year now. The app is very effective for fat cutting. I use it for my cutting phase. If you want to build muscle, do weight training instead. Previous review: I have been training with this app for almost a year now. The training program is undoubtedly tough but very effective. And the result is real. However, the app itself is not very intuitive, so you have to learn all the moves and techniques before doing a workout. Otherwise, you have to interupt the session and go back to view the videos. Another downside is that the Couch 4.0 is a little easier. It does not push you to the limit as it used to do. It is getting boring after the changes. I love the God workouts better.
