So far, so good! – 3 Minute Mindfulness Review

I just did my first 3 minute mindfulness session, Face Scan. It was quite helpful & my first mindfulness session ever. I also like how you can set various mindfulness reminders throughout the day. I think those reminders will be quite helpful for mindfulness reminders throughout the day. Still using the free, non-subscription version at the moment, but so far I really like it & really recommend that U give it a try! ??
