AVOID THIS APP - zero stars – FamilyTime Parental Controls Review

I got this app so I could monitor my daughter's Samsung phone as this WAS her first phone (I say WAS because thanks to the app, which is supposed to have up-to-date location history, it conveniently glitched out the weekend that my daughter lost her phone and she no longer has a phone). The app worked well for about a month and then it would not let me update the app on my daughter's phone. After three emails to the support desk and no resolution, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both devices. The app continued to be super glitchy. We took my daughter's phone out of state for a sports tournament and she misplaced it somewhere between the hotel and the sports venue (across the street from the hotel). When I got on my parent app to find the location, the app hadn't updated from earlier and when I contacted the support desk, no help AGAIN - something about the app being updated so "be patient". When I still had no location history update, I emailed support again and they still had no resolution. I finally asked for a refund (twice) and still have NO resolution. Best advice I can give, AVOID THIS APP. I had such high hopes that this would work. 10/2017 - update: I FINALLY got confirmation that my subscription would be cancelled on Sept 21st... SEVEN MONTHS after her phone was lost. Gee, thanks for NOTHING - no acknowledgment of the app glitching out, no apology, no offer to reimburse me, NOTHING. What a waste of time, energy and money.
