I rated this app four stars because it does provide the service it offers, however, if you have Apple and want to monitor texts and have more control, you might want to look into something else. No text monitoring and it did have trouble connecting to the phone at times. I only did the 3 day trial and cancelled within the time frame. I was concerned because there are many comments about them not refunding customers and giving them the run around but, I will say, that was not my experience with them. I chatted with someone yesterday, asked to cancel, and got the confirmation email the next day saying it was cancelled. My trial would’ve been up tomorrow so, if I end up getting charged, I will edit this review. It is unfortunate that the only way to cancel is to speak with someone or send an email, you can’t do it on your own so make sure you have time to get to someone before your trial ends. Also, I didn’t like that there wasn’t an option to change my payment method, I couldn’t find any information about my payment method, which you enter when you start the trial, even though it says you should be able to access it in your account page. For that reason, and the difficulty in canceling, I took Away one star. I hope this helps somebody!

Using for a 10 yr old iPad and android phone. No issues. Going on two years now. Customer support love chat is always available and handles issues when I need help like changing devices or forgot passcode for something.

Customer support doesn’t exist, you will get no help at all. Highly doubt I receive a refund. Give Net Nanny a shot, it doesn’t have the text/phone call that this does, but will actually work.

Lil be complicated to install and paring, but I cheated with someone and it was very helpful. So far so good, I ll be back to update about it in a couple of months. The price is good
