Zero stars – Rukkus - Tickets Tonight Review

They constantly post tickets on their site that are NOT available they charge your card and then the day of the event send you an email saying they are refunding your order with no explanation. I emailed them and all they said was the seller didn't have the tickets. Then why are they on your website!!!! Now we are left without tickets. On top of that, they don't try to remedy the situation whatsoever. Why aren't they offering other tickets the the event for a discount or free for the inconvenience?! STAY AWAY.
