Don’t use in Florence – appTaxi - Book and Pay Taxis Review

Florence is the worst city for taxis. Used the app and even tried to go to taxi stand. Called the app company and they told me “really busy on fridays call again later” and hung up. Ended up walking for an hour before the app worked and We’re charged over €20 through the app for a 10 min drive. What a scam.
